Resolved: Customer Service Non-Existent
I placed an order 4 days ago and have yet to receive an order confirmation email. I have reached out several times with no resolution.
I received one response, and they asked me questions, then never responded.
I don't have the option to cancel either, and I'm very frustrated as it was a larger order. Also, my first time ordering from them, and I was so excited.

KILLSTAR wouldn't replace a shoe that cracked after 5 x wear. SAD

Killstar sent me to the store where I purchased the shoes. Here is their response: New message from fearlessapparel (206,657 RED_SHOOTING_STAR Star), 'Hello, since this order is from over a year ago, unfortunately, there is no possible way for us to provide you with a new pair of shoes.
We are an approved seller for Killstar, and not the manufacturer directly. Your best option is to reach out to them for help in resolving this. I greatly apologize for the inconvenience. Ash.' So, it appears Killstar will not be getting my business or that of any of my platform-wearing friends.
I'm going to escalate my complaint to the Attorney General and plaster it all over Yelp.
People need to know that this company doesn't care that the shoe fell apart. Personally, I would be embarrassed.

CREEPERS WORN 6 TIMES AND SOLE CRACKED IN HALF
- - Paid over $100 for Killstar shoes; expected quality.
- - The sole cracked within a year.

KILLSTAR would not honor their defective product. I was told to go to the store where purchased which makes no sense, they didn't manufacture the shoe.
I emailed the store with no response, I suspect they will send me to the manufacturer. Very disappointing, I like KILLSTAR and thought they had quality products but when a sole cracks within 5 times wearing it, that is concerning.
Very disappointed in the quality or lack therof. When you pay over $100 for a pair of shoes I think it's safe to count on them being quality.
Killstar shoes are known for bulky "Goth-like" shoes and are very pricey.
The sole cracked in half and they are less than 1 year old, I doubt I will ever buy another pair and I hope this complaint reaches other customers that believed Killstar was a quality manufacturer. I contacted the company asking for an exchange, we will see what they do and if they back up their products.
