Broken fairy, dandelion
I just opened up my box w the fairy in it, I was not happy, w my purchase, it doesn't look anything like I ordered, and my dandelion was bent and 2 feel off ! I'm not happy at all ...

Fraudulent scam
What you get looks absolutely nothing like the photos. They claim to have a 100% moneyback guarantee which is a complete and utter joke!
Im currently asking to return their junk item since it looked nothing like they pretended it would but theyre making me jump through hoops like we need a photo of the item and a photo of the packaging label. The cardboard box came wrapped in plastic with the label on it which of course was thrown away because who ever asks to see a photo of the label to confirm the order?
The whole handmade in America claim is laughable. This company needs to be sued into oblivion simply for the principle of the matter.

Gross misrepresentation of advertised products
My experience started on Facebook. Posts claimed artist was going out of business and selling remaining stock of fairy/dandelion sculptures at huge discount.
Links to Killgoty website showed videos and pictures of beautiful 3-dimensional steel wire and copper sculptures. Ordered the complete Winter wonderland set of six at a cost of $149.99. The sculptures received did not match material or size of what was shown in pictures and video on website. The fairies are ugly, cheap, 2-dimensional metal silhouettes.
They are nothing like what I thought I was purchasing! There was no packing list, order number, or return instructions enclosed, only instructions on how to put the pieces together. Immediately sent email to service@***.com requesting return shipping info. Reply and all subsequent correspondence came from ruisiong.com.
They requested photo of shipping label and pics of broken items. I was unable to locate shipping label in trash but did send pics of items received, as well as screenshots of those items advertised on Facebook. Vendor initially responded with offer to refund 10%, then 20%, then 30%. Each successive time I asked to speak with supervisor and each time the offer increased.
However, I am requesting a full refund in accordance with money back guarantee as seen on website.
My last communication offered % 50, but I will have to pay return shipping costs to China! This is NOT acceptable!

I had the exact same scenario. Now I have 6 ugly pieces of scrap metal.
It’s my fault, if I had done my due diligence before ordering, not after, I wouldn’t be out $150.
Instead of fighting with criminals I will paint them and work the fairy cut outs into my garden. Lesson learned!

Total scam
What I received looked nothing like what I ordered. The fairy I received was a flat piece of metal that look like a silhouette of a fairy.
And the dandelion looked more like milk weed. would NEVERorder anything from them

Fraud - false advertising
I ordered one of the Skylark fairies which is advertised as being between 2-3 feet in height and was very detailed in its construction. What I received was a fairy about 3 inches in height and the fairy herself was a cut piece of flat, shiny metal - not at all what is advertised.
Its advertised as a going out of sale business which should have clued me in but I fell for it and received a very inadequate item. At least I didnt spend a lot on it.

Absolute scam website. What they advertise and what you get is a joke.
They are advertising fairies like the ones from the amazing artist in the UK. I wish I could attach a photo that shows what is advertised and what I received. They will claim they can only give you a 15% refund.
When I demanded a full refund, they wrote back and said they could go as high as 20% back. Why I'm not accepting their ridiculous offer and will do all I can to complain to the proper authorities and try to get these crooks out of business.
