It’s causing a problem with my credit score I can’t close or contact kickoff even my bank tried contacting kickoff with no response or way to contact them

Credit karma never contacted me and they are the people that got me in the mess with kickoff I never received anything absolutely nothing from kickoff they have no way for anyone to contact them its more like a total ripoff or a scam to keep getting a very small amount of money each month with out any explanation for the $12 a scam enabled by credit karma

User's recommendation: Don’t accept anything from kickoff.
