Horrible products and no costumer service
Cant do returns and cant reach anyone. Costumer service is fake.
Delivery was very long!!! It was my first and last time ordering from kikomilano.
Very disappointed!
They promised to contact me back but I received nothing. Fake contact numbers and messagers that refer you to fill up credit card info in order to help you.

black eyeliner dry and not working proper
I bought a liquid black eyeliner from Kiko Ambience mall Gurgaon It was 70% off product. Being an international brand how can you sell products expiring in 3-4 months on 70% off!
atleast a year gap should be there. also the product is dried and not in a shape to use, which i realized only after opening it at home.
