I ordered on 10/24, a Christmas gift for my grandson that he would ABSOLUTELY love....nothing. "Linda" from KikiMarts contacted me and said there was a delay because of weather but my order would be shipped soon. A few days later I asked for a refund. I then received a tracking number and the item STILL has not moved.
I think, since I paid with a credit card, I may be able to get a refund through my card, since I asked for a refund from the company and thy haven't complied. Hopefully this is the case and you paid by credit card as well.
I also think I am going to file a complaint with the BBB!! I am sorry we are both dealing with deceiving people.
I have the exact same situation happening— down to “Linda” claiming it is a weather delay (when that is completely ridiculous). I asked her to honor the companies 30 day money back policy, to which she says to “please be patient.” Thankfully I filed a fraud claim with my bank, and I believe I can get my money back. Hopefully you both have the same luck as well,
