The device can charge but will not turn on. I have looked up as much information as I can and have looked up other reviews to try and troubleshoot the problem myself and have concluded that the device simply does not turn on. I would like to have a replacement shipped to me that works.

I received a new Replacement Kiiroo Keon, they said it had been tested before sending it to me, yet it was factory sealed...I opened the box, took it out and guess what?Nothing! Another dead product!Did it arrive with a fully discharged battery, maybe?I charged it for two hours until the lights blinked green, yet that is all it does.It doesn't power on.Wow.A second dead Keon, I still got nothing after my purchase nearly two months ago.I read on Reddit and other platforms of several others with the same experience with the Kiiroo Keon.Meanwhile I am using the Lovense Solace Pro and it fell to the ground from two meters (6 feet) high yet is completely undamaged!It charges in half an hour and lasts an incredible 14 hours!And it weighs half of the Keon.The Solace Pro is true high quality.
They don't reply. I paid nearly 200 and have gotten nothing in return. It's very frustrating. At this point, I feel like visiting them in their office on the 4th floor and creating a scene.
If I get a satisfactory reply before the end of the day tomorrow, February 28, 2025, I will update this review and my review on Trust Pilot. If Kiiroo doesn't respond appropriately, I will intensify my efforts to get justice. I will dedicate my time to writing negative reviews on all platforms and social media, including recommendations about other products similar to Keon and detailed, convincing explanations to all who are interested in why they should purchase those instead of Kiiroo's products. Kiiroo?

Need to return, nor working or even moving noon
Refund my money and respond completely charged has no diagrams or booklet instructions. Send return info.

I have sent the vendor multiple emails and when I call I get only voicemail where I have left multiple messages. They have not replied.
They claim that they emailed me but I still haven't received an email from them
It stopped taking a charge after four days. I allowed it to air out as I thought that some of the lubricant may have entered a contact. I even applied electrical contact cleaner, but it never started working again. I tried to contact you but could not find a phone number on your website.
So, I submitted a repair ticket as instructed. Your website said I would be contacted back within 48 hours but it's been over a week and no one has contacted me. My name is Lloyd Marks. My phone number is +190******** and my email is LMarks1950@***.com.
