- 6-month promo; option to cancel.
- A going-away class was held for my child; three months later I was billed $400; CS blamed third-party billing.
I signed up for what was advertised as a 6-month promotion. The manager at the time told me that after six months, I can choose whether I want to continue or cancel.
They even threw my child a going-away class as they knew it was her last one. Three months later, I see that I have been continuously billed and lost 400 dollars. Their customer service blamed their third-party billing system, stating they are bad with refunds, and will probably just defer to the hidden terms of service.
It's a poor company exploiting children to get to their parents' wallets. The founders are fake and just want money.

- Predatory system with ghost billing 3rd party
