Failed to deliver 2nd and 3rd kit

I tried emailing both customer support and help addresses to see what the hold-up is. They are two months behind.

I haven't received a response.

Also, no answer from the phone number listed online, and you can't leave a message. I'd be very wary dealing with this company.
