Every year I sign my kids up and every year it’s one thing or another with the website
This year I signed my kids up and bought a family pass and the website glitched or converted back to a differ t location and I didnt know until process was complete and now Im still trying to get ahold of someone to change the location because Im not driving over an hour to take my kids bowling every week

Places that accept the kids bowl free are run down
Air conditioning never works and bumpers are not automatic, either we all get bumpers or none get bumpers, kids cant just automatically get them when its their turn

To get my account working
I bought a pass and my husband and I are not on it. I turned in my receipt showing where I got it and I never got a response after calling and emailing several times. I would like to use my pass.
