Ordered raincoat December 2022. Money taken immediately from account.

No item, no refund. No tracking info. No response from company, phone is not answered.

Get same response. Item has been shipped.

I would highly recommend that you never buy from this company, I ordered a racetrack and never received it. I tried to contact them several times just to get automated responses.

It is a shame that they are not only scamming adults, but they are scamming the babies we are buying for. You should be ashamed of your self's.

I never got my order. Just an email that said it was shipped.

I could use a refund if it's not coming. But if it will still come I would like to still receive it because my boys are really into marvel characters.

And they really need jackets for the winter. I couldn't really afford this purchase but like I said they needed it.

I placed the order before Christmas and was told that I would receive this order before Christmas they shipped it on the 18th and today it is January 12 and I have not received my order

I never received part of my order. I've notified them on more than one occasion!

I was told that they would look into it and get back to me. That was several weeks ago! I've requested several updates and still haven't received a response from them! This was order back in February....

We are now in May!

I will be reporting them as a fraudulent charge since they refuse to respond/send my order! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would sum this up as a scam! It took them over a month to deliver half the order.

I can not get a response to my communication to kid Baron that the order is not complete. Buyer beware

I ordered a small child snap together race track and two battery operated cars. KidsBaron sent one car that is too large to stay on the track.

I tried to message them but so far no response. And it was for Christmas! I ordered back in October.

It cost over 70.00 with tax. I'm usually disappointed when I order from mail.

Ordered something, a week went by, nothing. Emailed customer service.

Said 10-12 days.

14 days later, still nothing. I feel like they are scamming people.

placed an order. tried to cancel within the hour and was told the department that handles that would not be able to stop it.

after a week, they sent an email saying it has shipped. its been another week and still no tracking number or any sign of the package

They are very disrespectful and not truthful in honoring their word, they reply with childish juvenile comments PLEASE DO Not PURCHASE FROM THIS company. When you send products back they have their post office to hold your return so they wont be reliable, I never heard of any company being so juvenile and irresponsible.

Got no response - on enquiry heard Order was not in stock, exchanged it for another color. No details of delivery date..no confirmations received - apart from enquiring multiple times a week.

Order was for a birthday, was placed about month and a half ago.

Put in an order month and a half ago. Did not have item in stock, so i agreed to exchanging for another color. Got no feedback asto when item will be dispatchrd and to this date not got further details - regardless of sending multiple emails every week (not see a phone number)

This is the only sketchy website Ive ordered from that wouldve had my new card information. I still have not received my product AND when I woke up this morning my bank account had been cleared using my card details on a money transfer website called Xoom. They drained $650

Site will indicate items are in stock. I ordered a product on 2-4-21, got an email on 2-8-21 saying product had shipped.

As of 3-4-21 still have not received the item. This company will take your money but won't deliver. RUN, RUN, RUN from this site.

It may be a scam. Any follow up email you get will be vague excuses.
