Terrible replacement part service
I received a gift on my registry, Ingenuity twinkle tails bouncer. One of the parts were not assembled correctly so it creates a safety hazard for the baby. I called the company to have a replacement part sent to me and was told I would be contacted within 5 business days. After five business days, I called to follow up and was told it was 5-7 although I received an email which specifically said 5. I gave them 7 business days and then called back and was told to give them 10. That’s 2 weeks without a product and no one has contacted me yet. This means it will probably be a month without a product that my baby can only use for the first 5 months of his life. Baby is currently on the larger scale and will probably grow out before 5 months which I expressed to the company but they have yet to reach out. What a waste of money and all because their quality assurance of assembly was not done correctly.

Terrible customer service and no assistance with parts/manual
Have a kids II bouncer model 60032-about 3 years old. Called because we lost a foot. I needed a replacement and manual for the sound/bounce mechanism. they said they could not find it. Did I check you tube? I actually found it on YOutube but no instructions or manual information. Just wanted some help. It was never used but parts misplaced in storage. They are no help and since it is only 3 years old I think they should have had some info. on it. I still had the registration card, date etc. Won't buy their brands again. This item was $70. Thanks for no help!!
