Refund on my cancelled subscription

Hi i cancelled my subscription four months ago , I have sent numerous e mails to cancel snd to my horror have gone through bank statements to find the amount js still getting taking out every month , I havent had no response and I am contacting trading standards as u have bank statements as proof and e mails and have sent to not renew my subscription.. this company needs to be reported as unacceptable to get more money out of my account when iv issues a cancellation four months ago .. to contact name is Rachel WIEGOLD

Purchased two tickets through kids pass website for flamingoland with hopes of going over the Easter weekend. Upon receiving the confirmation email from kids pass shortly after purchasing (sat 16th April 2022) I noticed a date on the bottom of email saying tickets were only valid until the 27th February 2022. So they would not redeem on the flamingoland website. Tried contacting them through email but never received a reply and tried calling them but the number just tells you to email them it as spoiled our plans Angry
