Being billed for total price of box when I returned sneakers for a different size never received sneakers back, now being threatened to be sent to collections for non payment, all Im asking is to be sent the sneakers that were returned for the correct size and bill will be paid in full

User's recommendation: If you return or exchange a item make sure you get it back before you pay the bill.
