I bought 2 skirts that were the same only need one of them. I think it was in February I ended up with Covid and let the return alone. I dont know how to return it. I never opened it, I have bought items before and have been pleased let me know what I can do to get my refund also I have a new debit card

They weren't open when I needed them. Don't like the fact I'm not able to exchange products from the box orderextend customer service hours. After spending over $100 I'd expect that option. Thanks.

Being billed for total price of box when I returned sneakers for a different size never received sneakers back, now being threatened to be sent to collections for non payment, all Im asking is to be sent the sneakers that were returned for the correct size and bill will be paid in full

The order was actually correct I just need to exchange for a bigger size nothing else was actually wrong with the item,but was told I would have to return the item and get the refund verses just changing the size out over the phone.So would have to reorder the correct size in that item..Other than that that's it
