Kidzone Learning Center is unsafe!

Do not send your precious children to either of the Kidzone learning centers! DHS is investigating and have been seen at the center on 10th Street. The daycares are filthy and ARE NOT cleaned overnight. The brakes on the bus are completely worn out, tires on the vans are showing steel belts and have no tread. As a result the children are crowed onto vans exceeding the capacity allowed by law. Vehicles are moved between centers so it may be hard to get a good look. Good employees don't stay long, work is disorganized, meals are lacking in nutritional value-check into it yourself.Patricia does not care for your children's welfare or benefit in any way.

Kid Advance.com sold me faulty products and refused to investigate

I ordered a set of Montessori gold bead material from the website www.kidadvance.com. It was shipped to my sister-in-law, whom I purchased it for. When I went to her house to show her how to use it, I discovered that ten hundred squares did not add up to the same size as the thousand cube, as they are supposed to. Instead, nine hundreds was equal to one thousand, and the remaining hundred square was completely above the cube. When I returned home I called to complain. The man answering the phone assured me that they have good quality products, and that it must be my product alone that was faulty, and that perhaps the factory had made a mistake. The website states that they manufacture their own materials in China. He demanded that I submit a photo, which I cannot do immediately since my sister-in-law has the product and lives several hours away. I explained to him that the error was very easy to see if the company had inspected its material at all. He became very defensive, saying "What do you want, to argue?" I told him I was concerned about the way he ran his business and the quality of his materials. He was very beligerent. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who of course, "is not here right now." Nor would he give me contact information for her. He then hung up on me. Do not order Montessori Materials from this company: you have no idea what you will get, and the customer service is horrendous! Not once did he apologize or offer to do anything to assist me.

I find this weird, I have called kid advance because one of my material was incomplete and they send it right away and very courteous. I have bought a whole classroom of their materials,never had a problem.

And costumer service was really nice, I did returned a material because someone gave me one just after ordered and they return my money in 2 days.


Sounds like he did offer to investigate by asking for a photo, and then you became belligerent by accusing the company of not inspecting "its material at all." I can't tell from this review which one of you was truly being unreasonable.
