Abysmal Customer Service

It's all hugs and kisses until you try to add a card or change payment method. The Add Card tab doesn't work.

Customer Disservice can't help OR EVEN TAKE A PAYMENT! If the Add Card button won't light up so I can PAY, and they won't take a phone payment, I'm not sure what to say. Actually I have a lot to say, but I'm cutting down on my profanity.

I'm sure they'll report me late but I'll reach out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Florida State Attorney and see what we can do about this. I'm not the one.

Preferred solution: Fix the damn button so I can add a payment method!!!

Ok.To whomever created this app, I had to stop using it on my iPhone. I downloaded it to my new phone (had to literally drop $1200.00 for another iPhone this past Saturday!Angry), I downloaded the app on my NEW phone, AND IT RAN HOT!!!

So, its not the phone BUT YOUR APP AND IM PISSED! Im not the first consumer to make this complaint and I had to down load it on my iPad instead just last night. And if it runs hot also?

You guys can either refund me my $170 a month Ive been paying since November 5th 2025 OR cough up $1200.00 for the new phone I had to purchase due to your faulty app! Id only had my first one for a MONTH!

And this review will also be posted on Google!

My entire opinion of Kickoff has totally changed for the better. I guess they're just like any other business/corporation...

some employees are much more knowledgeable than other employees. Therefore, because of my eye-opening experience with that awesome representative, I am now giving Kickoff a 5-star review.
