Bad service

I was at the store on West Broad street in Richmond Virginia. My online order was not correct and she refused to make it right. Instead she would not provide her name and told me to go outside and get the store manager name if I wanted it. Very disappointed in this store and how I was treated.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I've never seen such bad and unprofessional customer service.

The people I was with ordered pasta. It was very undercooked and could stick in your teeth. When my cousin asked to get it done over, she was told that it would be the same because it comes from a "batch that was cooked that morning" so it wouldn't make a difference. Now it was 5:00 or after and by the time I got my food they could have cooked some more pasta to serve.

Why in the world would they serve pasta cooked first thing in the morning? Why not cook as ordered? It was horrible when I tasted it. The manager was very rude and argumentative with the customers.

Then one of the young people with us ordered a drink called cherry pineapple lemonade. Well his sister didn't look at the menu and didn't know it was an alcoholic drink and she said she'd have one too. They were not carded, so the sister had NO IDEA it was an alcoholic drink until it came so the manager said they couldn't switch it for her. What kind of mess is this?

She was not apologetic nor did she try to rectify the situation. I don't think I'll be going back there.

Poor device by your nano Lenny Buccallatom he call us stupid because we try to explain to him our order wasnt right .We order the rib and shrimp combo instead we got all ribs .He didnt try to accommodate with nothing he didnt want to hear what we had to say

Worst service ever! Barbara should spend less time making small talk and more time providing actual service.

Between the waitress and the manager, not sure what was worse! The Waitress forgot to ring my order in with my boyfriends dinner. So after he received his food and an additional 20 minutes of waiting, my boyfriend was done eating I ask her to box it to go and take it off my bill please. She canceled the burger all together and took it off the bill.

I ask to speak to the manager. The manager offered to bring the burger and take 50% off a burger I still hadnt even received or free lunch coupons.

What would have made more sense, was to actually bring the burger you were going to throw away and not charge me for it due to the inconvenience! Worst customer service ever!

My son reserved a private room for 25 people to have a surprised 16th birthday for my grandson at Kick Back Jack, 2410 Penny Road, High Point NC. I arrived today to set up for the party, bringing his cake and balloons.

The hostess told me I could not bring the balloons in. I asked why not and she said they could float into the ceiling fans and also they could block the security cameras. I told her that couldn't happen because it was a group of five mylar balloons which were securely tied to a weighted object that we planned to sit on the table. She said she would get the manager.

I explained the same thing to him and he said "well it's our policy". I told him it would have been nice if the person who made the reservation had told my son we wouldn't be able to have balloons. Then we could have made a decision of having the event there or somewhere else. He just said well it's our policy.

No apology...nothing just "it's our policy". It could have easily been handled diffferently if they would have let us know ahead of time - instead of when I arrived at the event. My family visit this restaurant a great deal but not sure we will any more.

I had picked out special balloons for him - they stayed in the car in very hot weather so long a couple actually deflated. Also, not only did I waste my money on them and I was very disappointed that he didn't get to enjoy them.
