- - Repair would cost $385, nearly the fan's price of $445.
In two years, our Kichler 56 Brahm LED fan and light remote has gone out twice and had to be replaced. Now theyre saying that the receiver is out and its gonna cost $385 to fix it.
This is ridiculous. Seeing as the fan was only $445.

Poor design and quality
- - HOA ordered 60 wet-environment fixtures.
- - Screws corroded; stem rusted; paint flaked; drainage issues; unresponsive company; avoid 9992 models.
Our HOA ordered 60 outdoor light fixtures supposedly suitable for wet environments. After a few years several issues began to happen.
First it was the ability to easily replace light bulbs as the screws corroded, then the centeal stem on multiple units completely rusted thru. Trying to replace the failed units resulted in the three attachment screw being so corroded the heads broke off. Many have paint flaking off. Contact with the company has been useless.
They refuse to admit these are defective. They go thru great lengths to drain water from the fixture instead of preventing water from getting in.
Dissimilar metals and poor quality of paint jobs make these useless after only a few years. Avoid this company esp 9992 models.

- - Barrington Vanity, Model 37418, is a 3-light vanity.
- - The spacer and secure ring are two pieces; one ring won't tighten and I need a replacement.
Good Afternoon, I purchased one of your Barrington Vanity collection. Model #37418 on 9-9-2020.
This is a beautiful 3 light vanity, BUT the designer who designed the Single spacer and Single secure ring to hold in place the shade did a terrible job. These 2 pieces should have been made into 1 piece instead of 2. This would have simplified a more nicer looking inside cover of light socket. My spacer and secure ring were hard to get lined up perfectly.
Now my one SECURE ring does not tighten up like the other 2.
Bad design. Now I do need a new SECURE RING.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
LED lamp Model 38181
- - LED lamp Model 38181 from Lowe's burned out after a 10-year life.
- - They want to buy and have the TLDE 25-700WN-R01 power supply mailed.
I bought at Lowe's last year a LED lamp Model 38181 that supposedly would last up to 10 years and burned out . At home there are not electrical problems.
Lowe's says they do not return or cover Kichler lamps.
I just want to know if I can buy and you send me by mail the Constant Current LED Power Supply Model TLDE 25-700WN-R01 Prim 100-249 VAC 50-60Hz 30w Constant Current 700 mA.36Wc Maxta 45 C Thanking you in advance. Your loyal customer
