Horrid service

Ive never had such bad service. Waited and kept going into the dealership for a price on a part waited for 4 minths to get a price. Then ordered the part and went into day to get the wrong part that was ordered. WESLEY the manager of the storeroom at parts what a clown. Keeps telling you he will call u with a price and never did then today sent me an sms to admit he ordered the wrong part. This is waisting my time and my petrol after a parts department thats a circus with incompetent people working there. Spoke to the dealership manager that told me for a second time he will look into the matter that doesn't even come back and explain as a manager. So please to anyone that drives a Kia pls take your car to Kia in Bellville. I am reporting them to Kia S.A. and I know they work on dealer ratings with Imperial and will report this there as well.

I notice the problem of my car while under warranty and was told by kia there is nothing wrong with my car but after keep going back with the same problem for 3 years they found the problem

I bought my car brand new at Kia Somerset West in 2012, and all my services was updated. In 2014 I notice there was a problem, whenever the car idele for a while especially wen I was in traffic there came a lot of smoke out of the car and it makes a sound when you drive that moment. After taking the car back several times with the same problem Kia Somerset West could not find the problem and I was told there is nothing wrong with the car. I left the car in March 2015 for a week at Kia to solve the problem because I knew there is something wrong with my car and was already frustrated but still the problem was not solve and I had to contact Kia and ask how far my car was, I was told the mechanics are off sick and some are attending a workshop. When my car was a service due the same year in December the problem was still there and I did not know what to do with the car anymore. I took it back in 2017 no problem was found, so I told myself I will try one last time in 2018 before I sell the car, and suddenly the problem was found. I was told the oil go the motor and it's a major problem. The car need a new motor and will cost R70 000. Kia can pay half and I must pay half. I did bring the car to kia while it was under warranty so convenient for them they spotted the problem now while its out of warranty and it cost me so much money now. I am so stressed and disappointing with kia, I would never buy myself a kia car again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
