Good day I am very unhappy with the service provided by Mr Liam. As one of the sales guys, his the representative of the company and his treatment indicated how Kia Randburg, Cnr Malibongwe Dr &, Tungsten Rd, Strydompark, Randburg, 2169 treats its customers. My complaint is that I collected my car on the 12 of October 2019 and today is the 29th of October 2019. On the day of collection, I only received one key for the car, I did not receive a manual book, service book and second car keys. I was informed by Mr Liam that I will get the licence disc for the car in a couple of days and till this very day, I have not received all of the above. I had to be the one who continuously calls the dealership to ask regarding feedback, Mr Liam did not take any initiative to communicate with me regarding the above. I have decided to personally come to collect everything this coming Thursday the 31st of October 2019 as the temporary licence disc is expiring. I truly don't understand what was the delay and why Mr Liam provide very poor customer service to me. I regret buying my car at Kia Randburg due to this treatment received and I will personally make sure that I talk about the very poor customer service that was provided on all my social media accounts including my YouTube Channel. Kindly note, I don't want to be contacted just because I complained as that should have been done prior to my email. Kind regards,Kholofelo Shongwe
