Shop repair

I bought a new 2012 Kia for my son, in 2011. Since then repairs have been 2 front brake rotors, defective ignition switch, 2 headlights, fire in AC caused by defective wiring and the latest a $280 oil change on 8/31/2015. The car has always been maintained by Kia and the explanation was the oil drain plug was stripped and it was necessary to *** the oil pan to put in an oversized replacement plug. The service manager offered a $140 credit on future service but I feel the dealership should be responsible for the whole $280 since it obviously was caused by ineptness of the service staff. The service invoice also included a charge for 12 quarts of oil when the capacity is 6 quarts. This type of service would preclude me from ever buying another Kia.
