Went in for Diagnostic check on my 2013 Kia Soul

I came in to get diagnostic on my wheel bearing on my 2013 Kia Soul well after about an hour or so waiting the guy comes back tell me that here it's my transmission that needs done needs fluid changed in it and I also need a shock and spring and a there was nothing they could do ball joint in other words like $1,400 worth of work well worth of work done on it well didn't mention anything said my wheel bearing was okay I go to pull out I told him I couldn't afford to have anything fixed right today I go to pull out later the car is making an awful has noise for me that it must have just broke while they put it on the left even take your vehicles there for service sound and it never was doing that when I pulled in there so I pulled right back around to ask them what it happened what they did why is it making this noise and it wasn't when I pull it in here they're going to tell me oh man what the *** there was nothing they could do.

User's recommendation: Don't ever take your vehicle there to be serviced they're just trying to rip people off make money off of you 4 things you don't might not even need not to mention they break your vehicle so did you do need other things they're terrible.

Approved for a car but really not

I went to kia of mentor on monday and found a 2012 kia soul the salesman did his work and we haggled back and forth he came out and said congrats you now own a kia soul i was super excited because i have never had a brand new car and it was perfect for me and my family so they were open until 9pm and it's almost 9:30 he said he was going to put a dealer tag on it and come back to sign papers well i couldn't return until thursday because it's there late night i go in to sign papers and mysteriously the car salesmen that was helping me left for the day so the finance guy came to get me he said that i needed to come up with 4000.00 as a down payment i said wait a minute we already went through this and it was a trade in and zero money down and i got my monthly payments he was rude and said i was driving there car i told him no i was driving my car because eli the car salesmen said i was approved so in the end they were rude didn't care about me and gave me my trade in back i think it's wrong that a car salesman doesn't know his job either your approved or your not either you need money down or you don't they could have called me and told me this they acted like i didn't matter and that what happened wasn't a big deal it was to me i was told i had a new car and now i don't and to act like it's no big deal maybe not to you but to me it is..and they dogged the heck out of my car i will never go there again just really upset and bothered about the lack of caring and the lack of knowledge that eli the car salesman at kia of mentor had.....avoid him at all costs
