this was my 3rd car. i was told 17" rims, they are 15". I gave up my 15" winter tires, thinking i was purchasing 17" to find that they are indeed still 15". At least $1000 of loss right there. Never mind never reimbursed the $500 service appointment I was told I would be. Up to $1,500 loss. No spare tire, told to buy a tire kit at $350 - *** you! Bought one, total $280.00 for jack, 15" tire, rim, etc... $1,780 approximate loss. I dropped over $40 grand trading in. This is my 3rd (THIRD) car, on 3 cars alone I have spent $97,000 give or take, not including service appointments, since 2006! Did not give me my rewards points, now battling the rewards website support for them. No one has since called to see how everything is going! *** YOU!

Hello there. Would like to let buyers beware of this dealership. My brother purchased a 2016 kia sorento . he was not given the total price as they had to get this suv from Grimsby. When we picked it up aweek later it had 276km on it, which is 40km there and back. the passenger front door had 2cm, chip damage no paint left down to bare metal. engine was so dusty. Brett Scholl (salesperson) and Nicole (finance dept) and Matt (service manager) was completely no help at all.would not give any money back for this mess. did not give him the total price of the piece of *** until day of pick-up. we sat in store for 3hrs waiting for nicole and service manager to come over. as there was no other customer in this place. so he ended up with a used suv with damage on it. this dealer is completely a waste of time. as they just want to totally ripe a customer off. they had no reasons was this had damage or the the kms on it. he could of bought the 2017 for the same price. but they sold him a demo for the same price...the dealer should be out of business. as we noticed there was no customers there at all. now we know why. please stay away from this lot.

We bought a brand new 2013 dealer demo ,with about 4000 km on it .paid 36thousand for a Optima sx turbo ,fully loaded leather seats snow white pearl paint job .bought from a salesman by name of Hal Barton .second time we bought there second time we been lied to ,the car is very nice to drive as for a sport model but we had noticed a few dents and one bad one brought it to Hals attention and he said he would see that it was replaced and fixed either before we get it or after well it fell after went to get fix told it could not be replaced have to have it filled with bondo as they don't want to replace a whole door .well great 36 thousands dollar car fill it with? bondo great way to drive a brand new car and a answer from Kia .its a warranty issue and it does not cost the dealer a d --m dime to fix it with a new door .all we ever get is lies from this dealership .be carefull when shopping at this dealer ship they don't care who you are or what you are .plus wife is a native and they hate it when you are one they make it like its a big issue thatou are asking to save on taxes but they still charge tire tax and freight tax and only take of sales taxes this is wrong they have to remove all taxes but they will not asked about it and got your already saving be happy with that.well that's b,s I will be reporting this still to the government .
