Tried to lease a car here. Frist day 5hrs of James and Jeff telling me we can make my payment 215 to 225.00 per month, came back next day with my wife, then there was a new problem, now I have make first payment today and still haven't herd a Number that payment would be close to 215.00.
Now Jeff (higher sales) come and tell me we can make this happen today, My wife is now done with the redderick and goes to the car. We leave. now AJ calls me at night and say we can do 215.00, 1000.00 down and no first payment, come in tomarrow and sign for the car, Me and the my wife go over to expect to sign and drive car home. after another 2hrs. Iam told my credit could be better, which is 670 to 710 and that the out the door is now 255.00. So we leave and are totally done with KIA of Cherry Hill. Now my wife would'nt let ME buy a car or a key chain here now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS KIA, REALY BAD PERFORMANCE ON YOUR PART.
Hope this stop even one person from going there.

Bad service from Kia Dealer
My fiancee' made a deal with a salesperson at Cherry Hill Kia and I was contacted to be a co-signer,they allowed him to leave the dealership with the new car,since then we have been getting a run-around. They were suppose to return his $500.00deposit and after sittingaround for5 and1/2 hours and talking to more then 5different people we are still getting a run around.I have never been to a dealer and received such BAD service. I am on my 3rd Kia Sportage and love it and the dealership were I purchased mine.After what they are putting us through we deserve to pay less for all the hours and poor service we received.

Turn in lease early to lease another car. They told me they would pay last payment.
They did not. Why would I want TWO lease payments ?

We leased a car from Kia. Our lease is up this August.
Kia has been calling EVERYDAY since FEBRUARY reminding us our lease is up in August!!
My husband had major surgery in Feb & when we told them to stop calling because we had other things to worry about they continue to call everyday!!!! I told them I was contacting a lawyer and going after them for harassment.
Poor title transfer service
I bought a used car from Cherry Hill Kia on April 30 and want to register it out of state. I was issued a 20 day temporary registration.
When the 20 days expired and I had not received my tags or title. I called Cherry Hill and talked to the Out of State Title department to learn that they had not submitted my paperwork to my home state until May 14.
The stated reason was that they were waiting to be sure my check was good. Since I had paid with a cashier's check on a bank just a few blocks from Cherry Hill I was not happy with this response.
Cherry Hill Kia Ripped Me Off!
This week I thought I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul for $16,995 - the internet price. The salesman, James Davis said that they would give me $1,000 for my trade in.
It wasn't until after all of the paperwork was signed and I look it over at home, that I realized I had been ripped off. The salesman bumped up the price by $995 and then gave me back $995 for my trade-in, essentially giving me NOTHING for it! I've spoken three times to the Finance Manager and he said they will do nothing about it. To add insult to injury, he's threatened to hold up my title unless I sign additional paperwork with them.
My advice? STAY AWAY FROM THE KIA DEALERSHIP AT CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX!

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office over a month ago but have heard nothing back so far.
Same thing happen to me except it was for 1200.00 plus the tax on top of that. And that was after they rushed me to sign the papers a hour after closing time.
Was told too late you signed the contract they are crooks.
BBB could do nothing The Attorney General could do nothing. I am now going to the license department.
