I make a payment every month. I got a call today and was told I am 2 payments behind. I am so pissed off as I sit here digging out receipts. This is not the first Kia I have owned but I will never do business with Kia Finance again

Gave me two auto loan accounts for the same vehicle, made payments on both accounts on time , old account complaining that they did not receive payment while they told me make payments to new account, they messed my credit by 102 points. Never fixed the problem, worst experience ever. Planning to sue hiring a lawyer

Problems with paying off loan balance and closing the account.First, they claimed that they never received the check so a replacement check was mailed overnight and stop payment was placed on the first check.
