Good day to all, I am sending this E-mail to share with my harmful experience with one of KIA agent in Egypt , the story started when I left my car with them on 06/05/2014 to change the items mentioned on the attached bills dated on 15/05/2014, I left the car with them almost for a week due to my travelling abroad, I came back on the dated bills (15/05/2014). I often use my car two or three times per week, After I received my car from Kia maintenance center by almost two months and half and when I filled the water for the glass unit I discovered that there is no radiator cover, the time was about 11 PM on 23/07/2014, I took as immediate action and went to the nearest gas station and asked the staff there to check what is the problem? They filled the radiator by 13 small bottles of green water also I bought from them a new radiator cover with total cost about 400 i.e., all this period since my last visit until that moment the car temperature doesn’t going to high at all, it is normal all the time, I just was a panic when I passed by this situation I didn’t excepted the KIA staff forgot to add the radiator cover, the story is not the money, the story is how to treat and care about customers. I just share & let you know how KIA management treat their customers in such critical situations, and how they are have no quality of services and no control which may lead to destroy my engine completely, please keep into consideration that I bought this mentioned car less than 3 years ago. I called KIA call center to report this situation and problem, they asked me to meet the Director, Center for Maintenance ( Mr.Hesham Seif ) I went to him on 04/08/2014 morning after temporary remedy I made by almost one week due to long feast vacation, I told Mr.Hesham the story when I met him he didn’t convenience by what I was saying to him and all he did, he was asking his staff to change the radiator water & radiator cover provided by Gas situation without any extra care or any apology and of course with another cost ,he didn’t think for a while that I have all the rights, be noted that this hard situation may happened as causes for the Kia Center Neglect ion. Especially I didn’t open the engine door at all only by accident to fill the water of glass unit as I mentioned before Please keep in your mind that I didn’t make any maintenance services out of the KIA agent since I bought this car, I am totally committed by the maintenance schedules.
