No response from kia durban dealer principal
My vehicle was brought to your dealership on the 28 October 2011 to have my front door lock repaired "" The spare lock was ordered through your dealership some time prior after your dealership assessed the vehicle. Mr Kevin assisted me and the part was ordered based on the VIN number. To my surprise I have learnt that this was the incorrect part and should have been the Flip type "" I now have to wait 3 weeks for the part to arrive. Please advise how a large Multinational like KIA can allow such mistakes for a replacement LOCK "" still await reply
