NEVER GOT CALL BACK!!
- Requests balance due and buyout copies; no calls or documents, and monthly charges continue after returning the machine over a year and a half ago.
I have called several times to get a balance due on my account. I have also requested 3 times a faxed copy of the buy out info.
NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK!!!!! NOR do they send me anything but they sure take the money out of my account every month!!!! I had sent the credit card machine back over one and a half years ago. I still after that amount of time have not been able to get an answer or a response from this company.
I am VERY unhappy with the lack of response from this company. Very sad.
