I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and bring to your attention the unethical conduct of my former boss, neelukhanuja/neel preet k.khanuja, during my employment at khanujalaw my attempts to resolve these issues internally, I feel compelled to escalate this matter for proper investigation and resolution.
During my tenure, I encountered numerous instances of unprofessional behavior and mistreatment by [neelu]. Firstly, I was never provided with a formal joining letter, nor was I sent a termination letter upon my departure.

This lack of documentation not only created confusion but also affected my ability to fulfill my tax obligations, as I did not have the necessary paperwork.
Moreover, despite assurances from miss khanuja, I was forced to work longer hours than agreed upon in the contract provided to me. I consistently worked more than the stipulated 5 hours per day, often exceeding 9 hours without breaks. Additionally, I was instructed to deactivate my Hubstaff after 8:50 hours and continue working, further violating labor regulations and compromising my well-being.
Furthermore, neel failed to honor the agreed-upon salary of $16 per hour, as only $4 per hour was reflected in my Hubstaff records. Despite numerous attempts to address this discrepancy, I never received the correct compensation nor any proof of payment in my account.
In addition to the exploitation of working hours and salary discrepancies, I was subjected to verbal abuse and bullying by neelu khanuja/neelpreet This hostile work environment significantly impacted my mental health and well-being.

Furthermore, miss khanuja crossed a line by threatening to disclose personal information about my sexuality, demonstrating a blatant disregard for privacy and professionalism.
When I attempted to seek assistance from HR regarding these issues, miss khanuja responded dismissively and even mocked my struggles, including my concerns about suicidal thoughts. The insensitivity and lack of empathy displayed by neelu are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the company's values and culture.
I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into these matters and take appropriate action against miss khanuja. No employee should have to endure such mistreatment and disregard for their rights and well-being.

I also request that measures be implemented to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
