On 20th September a sent a message regarding an online order due to not being able to pickup as the pickup store for some reason was at KFC Plenty road Bundoora even though I ordered to pickup at KFC Bendigo, I ended up double paying, I messaged KFC through the app regarding a refund but have not heard back yet, not happy.

User's recommendation: Will think twice before ordering from KFC again.

Lack of communication about Tuesday nine pack

I went to get a nine pack and was told that you have to do it online /when advertised on TV there is nothing about having to put an order on line . Not every one has a computer or a modern phone to do this . Whilst I was there two older pensioners also were refused a nine pack they don't have either a phone or computer so this is unfair to the elderly . I for one would like this changed so as everybody can obtain your nine pack when on special not for people with new gadgets only I am 73 years of age and feel a victim of your system which is unfair to the elderly

CHANGE YOUR NINE PACK SPECIAL ON LINE ONLY AS MOST ELDERLY DON'T HAVE EITHER A COMPUTER OR A MODERN PHONE TO DO THIS

Bad Service

The wilsonton store never gets your order right ..either not putting some of the order in or giving you something all together different...staff do not seem to have enough training....charged for food you don't get...not the first time but will be the last...never set foot in that store again.
