Ken ST.Clair is a liar and a fraud he ruined my Condo

After checking on Angie’s List for an experienced contractor to install our Terrazzo floors we interviewed Mr. Ken St. Clair. We described in detail what we wanted and even took him into the Comcast Center and Suburban Station building to make sure he understood what we wanted and he was able to the job. Mr. Ken St. Clair assured us he has done this type of floor before and he could meet all of our requirements. Mr. Ken St. Clair we discovered too late was lying to us from the moment we met he had no experience and continued to lie to us throughout the job. Mr. Ken St. Clair has caused us tremendous harm and considerable additional expense. We have had to rip out everything this lying deceitful *** ;I won’t even use the word contractor to describe him since his work product was just horrible.

fyi - malicious and frivolous lawsuits were threatened against me and my husband if I didn\'t remove the true reviews and the true stories I shared of the nightmares associated with this company.

Thank you for this website where everyone gets to continue to read the truth and original reviews can\'t be deleted in response to threats by corrupt companies and their corrupt lawyers.

The \"settlement\" was made under duress and threat of malicious, frivolous lawsuits (corruption) and was for less than half of the money owed!

Keystone Specialty Construction (KSC)of Bensalem, PA is NOT Recommended. The owner has several pending lawsuits against him and has been investigated for fraud. The owner lies about the cost of materials and overcharged us for illegal profit, but he told us he paid what he was charging us. That is Misrepresentation of Cost and is illegal! The owner (Ken) ADMITTED that he does NOT have time to train or supervise the construction workers and when the work is screwed up, he tells you to sue the construction worker, not him or his company. He is UNPROFESSIONAL and the work is not all up to Code and has to be redone. He also uses illegal immigrants and doesnt bother to pay the constructions workers for their work! Dont waste your time or your money because you will have to pay someone else to fix the bad work and you will have to go to Court to get your money back. Tell this guy how disgusted you are that he uses illegal immigrants that he dosn't pay (slave labor) to screw up your home improvement project and lies to you and overcharges you! Don't believe the fake reviews on Google from his family and friends!!! He is a ***-artist -- if you had a bad experience, please complain to the Attorney General's Office! They will get you results before you have to file a civil complaint like 7 other people did!
