He is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and deceiving business owner I’ve ever met. He is not credentialed with any organization and charges for consultations.
His contract is very vague and he will tell you everything you want to hear (but not put it on paper of course) and once he is paid and he provided what he felt was an appropriate amount of services (despite his initial promise of unlimited training sessions), he will change his tune and doesn’t care whether his client is satisfied with the provided training. It was difficult to schedule training sessions with him because he would not follow through with the agreed upon dates and would cease contact and/or ignore text messages. He was very rude and tried to lie about what he initially verbally promised when confronted about his lack of professionalism.
He has no regard for the fact that my dog’s behavioral issues could cause harm to others, myself and my dog and could potentially become a life or death situation if not addressed properly and handled correctly. I highly do not recommend.
