Ordered item which did not work--keyboard failed to pair. Did receive credit.
HOWEVER cannot locate any way to apply credit which expires in a couple days.
Four attempts to get help from customer service failed due to zero response despite their stated response time of 24 hours. Will be deleting this app and letting my friends know about my experience.

Logitech Create Backlit Keyboard case for iPad Pro stopped working after less than a year. Multiple emails with customer service but they just kept sending emails from different names asking for the same info over and over.
I supplied all of the requested info at least four times. Got the receipt from Apple Store and scanned it to them repeatedly. They Did not replace or honor warranty. It also scratched my screen because there is no guard and the top and bottom rows rub against the screen.
This is a MAJOR DESIGN FLAW. Then UE Boom2 just stopped charging. Can't do an update because it won't connect to wifi because it won't charge. Won't reset.
I kept it in perfect condition and only used on rare occasions. Ridiculous waste of $200. So I'm left with a jacked up iPad, no keyboard and no speaker. LOGITECH IS THE WORST.
Their products are substandard and their prices are high. You will not get what you pay for if you buy these. I don't ever do reviews but this is completely ridiculous and I really don't want anyone else to spend their hard earned money on Logitech defective products.
This was a splurge for me and it totally backfired. I can't believe I was suckered into thinking they were good.
