Horrible experience

I stayed at the key inn in roseville minnesota last night. It was the worst place ive ever been.

The first room i got had no bathroom light qnd the drains were clogged as well qs the door lock not work8ng right. The second room the sink was clogged there was trash left frok past guests as well as the door hardly working. On top on the continental breakfast was only coffee, no food, no creamer, or sugar.

3verything was fall8ng qpart. Its a drug den

InHabitable Conditions and violations of disability acts

I am a disabled person to get a dog and a dog being trained to be a service dog and they are taken me to court for eviction also the place is InHabitable . I can not cook here , there isnt locks on windows, No natural sunlight in every room . The exhaust fan in bathroom just goes into ceiling and walls creating mold problems also the manger her lies about fixing the place and refuse to give me bosses name

Booked a room for two days through Groupon (aug.11-13) around 9-10 am and talked to a employee named daisy 3 times (10am,1:05am,1:40pm) and was told each call that my reservation was non existent and that I had to call Groupon who I booked through about info. Groupons policy goes off of the merchant which they keep referring me back to Groupon.

and they failed to inform me that they did in fact find my reservation in there system supposedly around 1pm even though I talked to them around that time and yet they still couldnt find it. I called today to see if they found my reservation and they said they found it but the employee lied and said she told me and that I came smh and now I fall in the guide lines of a no refund. HOW CAN I CANCEL A ROOM IF its still not in the system and why should I have to get charged for a bad employee not I formin Gmme or lying when I called and asked about my reservation. I want a full refund or my dates just simply switched the manager was very rude from the jump and Ive been lost this whole time they said they dont book through Groupon only expenses do a and yet I got a room through Groupon and even Expedia doesnt have a Vance fee or anything for the room and the dates I go t.

The manager was very rude and didnt wanna take responsibility for the mistake his employee made. ROOM IF

Um yeah, that place is just awesome if you enjoy walking on a carpet where the bottom of your feet literally turn jet black from the dirt. You then climb into a bed full of bed bugs, without realizing and sleep with the adorable little creatures.

I have never encountered them before and was horrified when I pulled back the blanket and saw all these gross brown shells. I wasted five days I think here - only because it was cheap and I was waiting to move into a new place. Well, you certainly get what you pay for! I mean I can't tell you how simply relaxing it is when something that you can't see constantly keeps poking what a feels like a pin in you.

On your arms, legs, back of your hands. At first, I thought I had lost my mind and was imagining it because you can't really see them on you. It then started happening to my friend as well. We had a portable vacuum in the car and went down and cleaned the best we could as it was past maid service time.

It was a bit late at night, and we ended up sleeping sideways on towels on the comforters. We then woke up to thudding and thumping next door. A girl screaming and some guy sounding like her pimp freaking out on her. I dialed 0 and nobody answered.

And then on the last night, about eight cops cars were surrounding the parking lot. As I was checking out I had called downstairs that morning to tell the staff about the bed bug problem and that I would be checking out late. I was sealing up my clothes in plastic bags because I don't want to transport those things around. I went down to the office and showed them the pinprick like bites, weird welts and parts off my feet and elbow that looked like something had been feasting off the skin.

I was so damn tired at this point, and then when I showed the girl, she said really fast that they were scars I already had on my arms. I said um no, I think I know what my arms look like and if anything is changed. She claimed she couldn't see anything at all but would send the maintenance guy up. I even gave her parts of the contents of the vacuum bag.

After I showed them the shells on the bed, the contents of the vacuum which were STILL MOVING! I called Priceline to complain who called the manager and Key Inn deny any knowledge of any report!
