Unable to add recipes
I have been trying to add recipes to my file however every time I hit "submit" I get a pop-up box that says "an error has occurred". It doesn't tell me what the error is and how to correct it. I've never had this problem before.

I can not access my account
i have been trying to access my recipes on key ingredient for three days now I am pretty upset since i have been putting recipes on here since 2014 and have spent hundreds of dollars on your readers and tablets. please help me access my account. i have tried hundreds of times with no avail. diane hennings I also can now believe why you have a pissed off customer terms of service agreement.

What happened
This is where I have created an online cookbook with my personal recipes. Unfortunately, something happened to the website and now I can't easily access those recipes.. Customer service is a joke too, I sent an email and heard nothing and can't find a phone number to call. Never ever waste your time storing your recipes here, I lost about 400 recipes

They never even emailed me or left a message on their site about my order. So, I contacted them and it was a run around, and still is. ! week later I'm still waiting for an answer from them on where my order is. I can log in to their site and they say oh here's your info and I have to log in again and it won't let me log in. They claim it's because of my spam filter that I can't re log in to their site. Really? You think I'm that ***? I will never order anything from them again. Resolved
