Packaging request
I loved that Kevita used glass bottles for all of its products. It is the healthiest packaging to prevent chemicals getting into the product.
Kevita recently switched to cans for their probiotic refresher. I can taste the can in the product, so I have brokenheartedly stopped buying it. I love this drink. Can you please bring back the glass bottles?
I am happy to pay more if it costs more than a can.
I tried calling customer service, but there was no answer. I will never know if anyone who is in control will read this.
Preferred solution: I would like a call back saying that my feedback has been sent to the people who make the decisions on product quality and packaging.
