Kevin Nowak Siding and Windows. Machesney Park Illinois - Kevin took a $3100 deposit against a $7k plus siding job. It took five months for him to begin the work, and he only began once I cajoled him into doing so with threats of civil litigation. Once he started, he only finished three sides of the house before packing up the remainder of the materials and moving on. Refused to finish, later on I found out that he used my materials on another job. He has debts with every supplier in town and can only purchase materials at Menards (very low quality). He is a scam artist through and through, avoid at ALL COSTS. 815-262-****
