This man was recently sued by 3 people. He didn't show up to any of his court dates.

All rulings were against him.

He installed a fence for me and didn't do the job correctly which I kept asking him about, paid him over 3000.00 and taking him to court also!

Scammer

Since he screwed me on money hes changed his company name twice and also his phone number. Definitely a sign of guilt. Its sad he cant make a living without taking advantage of people

Kevin ripped me off about 1500..I had prepaid (like a complete idiot) after he started to cry and tell me he needed $3500 to keep his house by Friday (it was a Wednesday when he sobbed). I gave him the cash and it was then excuse after excuse why he was not showing thereafter..(he was in the hospital, he was fixing his truck, his daughter had a baby, he needed to do other jobs). After the *** was building up I told him I want a complete refund and then he was MIA...he talks about jesus and his god and all he needs to do is follow his lead...unreal...I am filing in Rocky River court ASAP.

I wasn’t sure it sounded like people were handing money out . Unfortunately its stupidity and ignorance but hey not everyone has common damn sense anymore and with that comes placing blame and pointing fingers to save marriages etc … or making poor choices / changing minds in middle of job . Facts are facts and this is stupid !

Kevin has no idea how to put a fence up!! He thought we had a tree making money, we bought all the materials , got over 10,000.poor workmanship, do your homework! Investigate courts etc Public Records, rotten potato.

I paid him $2700 to do some work in my basement. This was on December 8th.

He kept putting the job off. It is now March 3rd.and the work has yet to be done. He won't answer my texts or calls. I will be taking him to court.

Paperwork has been filed. Very disappointed!!!

Scam or just unhappy with service ? A handful of people who instead of taking accountability for their choices choose instead to place blame for the possibility of work not up to their own standards?

Personally I wouldnt pay until work is complete like a mechanic shop .

Understand things DO go wrong on jobs unexpected things . Take care .

Charged me 1600.00 up front to install fence

Kevin g waycaster {{Redacted}} charged me 1600.00 up front to install a fence in october still no materials no fence and no mr waycaster.refuses to even talk to us.we have been given two separate delivery dates which came and went still nothing.we are senior citizens and had to take this money out of a very small savings account.he took 800.00 the first day came back the next day said we had to give him another 800.00 which we did he called two weeks later and wanted another 600.00 we said no and haven't. Heard from him again

When hiring anyone to do any type of work don’t you usually look for reviews before hiring ? Do you pay for groceries before purchasing ?

He is a professional thief!!!! Just did some very sloppy work for us.

Poor workmanship $10,000.00 just for him!!!! We paid for the materials. He said $4,800.00 and kept asking for money and more money. Please be aware!!!

I am the person that took Waycaster to small claims court, as noted by poster on Feb 19 - and he was a no show as he was for the job! What a ***! Stay away from his promises.

He is going this Court right now for doing the same thing to someone else contact your local authorities press charges and put him in jail he's probably going to get probation for the offense he has now but if you call that will be another case less likely to get probation and go to jail were he belongs

Nothing! My husband wanted nothing to do with him, told him to leave, we paid for materials he was supposed to get $4,800 from us he ended up charging $10,000.

All the time asking for more money, hardly showed up. Terrible!
