This guy is a joke. What he does is he will tell you that he charges 100 to 200 in hour to do your personal income taxes.
And if you agree to take his offer and allow him to do your taxes then what he will do is after giving him all the information he does not file your taxes until the second week. lastly when you ask him good questions for example something like what type of measures do you take to protect personal information from theft. He won't answer that questions he gets extremely aggravated and inpatient. When you tell him that you refuse to send sensitive information via unencrypted method like email or fax (if you have all your taxes electronically) then he gets really out of control.
He stated to me. I am sorry i don't believe that low income individuals should file their taxes here and my office won't assist disabled persons or low income persons and students.
