I never ORDERED anything from u in the past yr. I stopped order last yr. & the reassured me that NO MONEY would be taken out of my account in the future. I want that $99.95 PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY or I'M calling BBB!!!! AND GET CUSTOMER SERVICE on a 24/7 answering. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Do NOT order bc if u cancel they out of the blue charge u $99.95 without permission.

I did NOT ORDER any refills. Last yr I canceled the order & I was reassured I would NEVER be charged again. I want that money back in my account NOW!!!! Y’all haven’t refunded all my money back

I ordered one bottle for $34.95. Yall charged my debit the $34.95 and $36.95 and $198.00 I call yall January 8,2022 and yall said yall was refunding all back. Never did. I canceled that one bottle, yall are fraud, I have call alit if time ,yall will not return my calls. I have called the police department here and they will do a fraud report and file a report on call and send papers to yall and do charges against keto. I need my money back today by 3:00 p.m or yall will be contacted by them. Yall are nothing but fraud
