I decided I did not need the Keto plan. I have tried to contact someone to request a refund and cannot reach a support person. Would someone please advise me how to cancel

Be very careful of this company... First RED flag LATVIA..2nd a Facebook advertisement.
I really liked the idea of a meal plan and loved the recipes so signed up for a month at 22 I figured I could learn the recipes and a month was all I needed. I got the PayPal request for 22 which I sanctioned, no problem. What I didn't know was it had an automatic renewal and immediately after the 22 they took another 24.95 for 'services'. I messaged them within minutes and they more or less said tough, you selected the service.
I had to ask them WHICH service as I had no idea. They eventually told me it was a shopping suggestion service. !!! Now wtf would I pay 24.95 a month for them to tell me what to put in my shopping .
I said over and over I did not select anything. Even my profile was not showing the selection, it showed no services selected. They then said my profile was no longer showing this service so I said, so you return my money? They said no no it's still showing on your profile.
They changed their story several times.
Now the matter is with PayPal...scammed. #ketodiet #ketogoapp #scammed

Still the app is not working
Won't let me log in for a month. I've had this app for years, and this has happened before; it wouldn't let me on for a couple of weeks, then out of nowhere it worked.
What is the problem? I rely on tracking my macros, but cannot do so.

They won't offer any assistance when it comes to wanting to cancel your subscription! They'll take your money but won't assist when you want to cancel!!

This company takes money from your account that is unauthorized even though I canceled my subscription they still took money after the fact

Do not subscribe to this app. Their app is not user-friendly they want you to try it out but yet when you try to subscribe for just 4.99 a week they want you to subscribe to a year subscription and it doesnt let you out of the app unless you click on it and they take your money, without your permission what should only be $4.99 they take the $77 and even though I canceled my subscription with Apple they still went and debited 29.99 from my account. They are thieves dont do business with them.
