I sent back two unopened bottles. I WANTmY MONEY BACK.you promised if I sent the unopened open bottles back I could get my money back .so did you keep your word.I need my 117.dollars back in my account.

Satisfaction Guranteed not backed
This prdouct was originlly ordered in December, still trying to deal with this incompetent people. Glad I sent it back signed reciept. I had to tell them the packag was delivered, and who signed for it!
Charged $198.00. Product was returned as per their instructions, was refunded only $92.00.
Despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
"restocking" fee is the only explanation. 75% of product returned, less than 50% of product I paid return postage.Stay away from this company.

Resolved: Product not delivered
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Product was finially delivered in February..

To date: product ordered,tracking number ( 940551****849********) given without instructions as to how to track, product not delivered, customer service has no idea where product is, said it was "reissued", a new tracking number was coming "soon", refused to refund although site has 100% refund guaranteed. Company continues to offer additional products at 50% discount,, has offered a counselor to assist in taking the product, that has not appeared.
