In many hotels the basic hygiene was highly compromised and so was food.
We have found that kesari guests do not receive priority in terms of choice of rooms,in terms of view.
We were not informed about the fact that we will be landing in Delhi, instead of Chandigarh.
This is unacceptable.
The service at grand white hotel,Shimla was unlike kesari.
We have been travelling with you.
