Unacceptable Service From FoodBasics Manager at Kerr and Speers
We're heard, and witnessed many negative things about the current manager at the Kerr and Speers location.
The current manager is verbally abusive to staff, and customers as well, which have gotten around to the many clubs and the legions in the area.
Many folks, young people, the handicapped, and seniors alike, have joined the active boycott of this location until there is a new manager.
That is where the situation stands and will continue. Do the citizens of Oakville needs a petition to have this abusive individual removed?
That can and likely will happen in the near future.
Relocating him would only have the problem continue at another location.
According to senior staff members, he is long past an anger management course, which should be mandatory company policy for all FoodBasics management members.
If you want to be dismissive to customer concerns, why take a management position? Why verbally abuse the very people who are in your charge?
Delivery drivers have recorded this individual yelling and screaming at the current staff on their cellphones.
Costco, here we come and will actively share their findings encourage others to do the same. As a young person, who found other employment and left the location due to this current manager's abuse, their quote was, "With management like this, who needs staff OR customers?'

I too am wondering why you are complaining about a restaurant in London, that you claim is located Ontario. There is no Kerridge's Bar and Grill inside of the Food Basics grocery store. This complaint you have written will be forwarded to the London restaurant and they will be as confused as everyone else who reads this.
So I was curious and looked this place up and their only location is in London, where they enjoy very positive reviews. Food Basics, from what I read, is a grocery store chain in Canada. I did not find any locations for this London restaurant outside of London????
