My girlfriend had a was arrested for possession of a firearm. Than booked in into the Central Receiving Facility.

She was released the next morning for a lack of evidence. The Da. Had dropped all charges against her. Than the arresting officer went out of his way to get the D.A to pick it back up.

The D.A then put out a felony warrant for her arrest. Yesterday she was picked up by the same officer and told her he was the one who pushed the D.A to pick the case back up. He just laughed as he cuffed her and put her in the car. This Officer has been fired from the town before for harassment in the past.

Know he is doing it again.

What the *** is wrong with this Officer and why is he still a officer of the law. When he doesn't even obey it?

I had an incadent on 10/13/15 ,the 1st call was at7:00pm my livin boyfriend call the sheriff on me when i was sleeping ,my so called boyfriend had just got back from northdakota where he said he was working ,but to behold he"s brook after 3mos. When he left me at home sick where i ended up in the hospital ,well he came back basicly no money for food or anything well he took it out on me blam me for everything ,so he wasted the money on smoking *** &hores , not even for gas .so he thought he would call the bks sheriff punabeing one of the last calls that nite he try so hard to put me in jail with all the call i counted 6 times and every time they wouldnt take me he got madder he would call his friend in northdakota everytime, the last call his friend told him to call the dupty of the nite shif and he did he told them he is a army (vet) and that he didnt scachme in the face but he did he had me against the wall yelling get out but sents he said that he was in the army with sargant Loza and to name a few.they belive him and called me afreacking lieyer in my face ,yelling it out when i was trying to explain to the officer they didnt want no part of it so i sat in jail for 20hrs &i have to go to court for this person who has been gone for 3mos & came back with no money and hign as a kite but the sheriff couldnt belive or wouldnt let me say a word i know that the sheriff dept .

of Bakersfield wont give the women a minute to tell the truth.

,just becuz he served in the army *** he is not all there.but i will be putting my complant on these offcer & on him they r not getting away with the Abuse that he did to me that nite. Women beaware that the bks sheriff wont protect you they will go against you.

well my story is that on may 6 2014 im contact to the lamont . ca non emergency for ask then a question before i contact 911 emergency .

so the sheriff came into my address to talk withme so i talk with the sheriff about what was the situation . then she explain to me what to do at nexth time that im passing by those things .

then she was gone an i see to the sheriff was asking to my front neightbor questions about me so the sheriff returns back into my home address and she was acting misbehave withme because she that my neighbors around me that they say to her that they never noticed that i moves in where i lives so she was acting ruled withme embarrassing me infront of my new neighbors but i will explain if they can please contact to me at my phone number 166* 281 **** an ask by Alejandro CORNEJO URIBE. thanks
