My brother in law Ramon Mendoza lives in Lost Hills here in Kern county California ,and he is a victim of paternity fraud.Ramon does not have court order child support right now. He goes to court on September 9, 2010. Ramon has no faith in our legal system as it has failed him and his children. CPS worker ms. Bentley in 2006 basically told Maria to put out her husband Ramon out and move in her suicidal lover.Which officer Vargas is a witness when Josue hung himself in front of Maria,s home as she had reconciled with Ramon again. Mrs. . Maria Sanjuana Gonzalez(Mendoza) is an unfit mother of 6, and the worker told Ramon that he can not have custody of the children because HE IS A MAN. Ramon,s 15 yr. old son lives with him as Maria was using him to babysit while she went *** around. Maria's live in lover Josue beats her up in front of the children and has been sent to jail,several times but she lets him back in the home.from what Maria,s 4 year old daughter j told Ramon, in detail how Maria has sex with men and women in the presence of her 4 yr. old child,Maria is getting away with PATERNITY FRAUD, WELFARE FRAUD,bragging how she is buying her truck with the kid's welfare money, CHILD ABUSE, CHILD ENDANGERMENT , with the BLESSINGS OF KERN COUNTY . I PRAY SOMEBODY CAN HELP RAMON AS WE KNOW THAT FOR SURE THAT 3 CHILDREN ARE NOT RAMON,S CHILDREN BY MARIA,S OWN ADMISSION but will not admit to child support services. or anybody in authority. RAMON IS A MAN OF HUMBLE MEANS HE IS A FARM LABORER ,AND THEY THREATENED TO TAKE OVER 800 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR CHILDREN THAT MAY NOT BE EVEN HIS DUE TO HIS WIFE'S INFIDELITY, Plus he has a 15 yr. old at home to support also,which child support is not taking into account, plus Ramon gives Maria cash money every week for the children I know she is not reporting that to Kern County, plus the fact that men live in her home with her and the children. There are many credible witnesses as far as maria's character and Ramon's character but Kern county will not allow it. All they want is money! Rob the poor give to the greedy.
