Improper communication/ bad salesman

They never tell anyone it's a lease vehicle...Terrible Company .I do not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from this company ,save yourself the harrassment. They are a RIP off...to innocent hardworking people,that's trying to build their credit

The customer service really sucks every one needs to be retrained or fired and the maybe they will remember how blessed it is to have a job cause it's a lot of people standing in line for a job. They answer the phone without addressing who they are, when you ask for a certain person or department they don't say hold on they just put you on hold.

They talk to you like they are talking to there children, and they don't say have a nice day or anything they just hang up in your face. They don't try and explain the situation of the matter or defuse the situation they turn it in to a hollowing match. I don't have a vehicle with them and I never will purchase a vehicle from them or recommend anyone because of what I have witness on more than two occasions. I am a manager and if I ever witness that type of rudeness of anyone to a customer that's keeping you employed we would have a serious problem.

That kind of behavior is unacceptable and they have gotten to comfortable and the manager need to do something about that kind of behavior cause I'm sure I am not the only one complaining about this. Very Very

I got a 2011 sanata from the company with 500$ down on mt.moriah . the car was nice on the inside and out but under the hood was a *** disaster !

I was such in a rush to get a car that I just took anything and why tf did I do that! the fat light skin man name will kept flirting ! asking for my friend number and my number the car had no GAS in it ! they told me I had 2 pay additional 150.00 to start insurance !

your payment start 2 weeks later ! I had my car 1 month it started smoking while driving the check engine light was on the battery had dead cells I had 2 get boost offs constantly ! car note was 233.00 every 2 weeks including 123.00 a month insurance !

what a *** rip off ! entirely too high for the piece of *** car I received !

Car issues in nasty attiudes when u call trying to resolve a issue

I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a car from keras, The customer services is really bad, they don't care about there customers at all. My car is a lease car, which they did not tell me everything up front.

The cars are lemons in have so many problems. I have had problem after problem in which they claimed they have fixed but eventually they didn't. Furthermore, they go through a company called Cpac, which has very rude workers who will not help you at all but is always willing to get an attitude for no reason. KERAS CAR CENTRAL IN CPAC are the worst companies to deal with.

Please avoid them in go somewhere else. $500 down is not a deal if your going to get treated like ***.
