Can’t find customer service

Trying to return 2 items. Impossible to find Keppal customer service. Have spent hours trying to get in touch with customer service. They tell you what to do & then you cant find the form to return the items

Returning purchase to big order # 667****

To hard to get a hold of to do a return and then won’t accept them if there is nothing wrong with the making of the product. To them it doesn’t matter if the picture isn’t exact. Not pleased at all.

Ordered 2 outfits and neither fit true to size but since there is nothing defective they wont do a return on them.

They won't refund my $62.99 finaly got a return address which is a private home fraud

Ion 2/18/23 I ordered 2 pant sets for $123.98 The sweater one I like color is Coffee / M $60.99,the other one Black and what looked to be Coffee turned out to be a "Bright Yellow and Black" $62.99 I don't want this one, but they won't honor their "30 Days Easy Return / Exchange Policy". They first said they would give me back $14.00, and I keep the set now a week later it's $40.0, and I pay to ship to a Bad address All, I want is my $62.99, and I will pay to ship anywhere they say. I am a 78-year-old person and can not just give away money for nothing.
