Kenzzi not working
Kenzzi has yet to contact me with regards to their device not working.
Kenzzi has never contacted me even though I have emailed once a month, since January, and even left a voice mail. Still waiting for a resolution.
Doesn't seem like the company is willing to stand behind their product.
My unit stopped working while it was still on warranty. Very disappointed!

My Kenzzi unit was less than a year old when it stopped working. I did purchase it directly from your website. I have been trying to contact your company since January and have not received a response. Please contact me so that this issue may be resolved.

Don't buy their products. I purchased a handset, Kenzzi IPLHair Removal
and 18 days it quit working.
I had to prove, by sending a video that
it didn't work, I didn't have a choice.
After their review, they sent me a new
one.
I received it as promised, took it out and
plugged it in, power light comes on,
but nothing else.
I ask for a refund, nope, they will send
another unit.
Really, why would I want
your product when the first two didn't
work?
Again, now I have to send a video of
both of them.
It's a good thing I didn't
throw the first one away. Once I send
the video Of both non-working
handsets,they will ship another.
What kind of company does this?
