Clarification of luggage

Please i have a flight on 1st April 2022, Name Nweke chidimma jude, airline kq311. In my ticket its stated 3 pc luggage, so i just wanted to be sure if its 3 pc luggage + the hand luggage? Thanks

No response from CS

Called up CS asking for amount required to upgrade from Economy to Business Class for my old mother. They made me hold for over 10 minutes and then informed me that they could not share the data!!!

The company that offere me bad service is Kenya airways not thinkroom

i took a flight from SA to Zim via Kenya and this was a business trip and i had marketing collateral with me. Dissapointingly when i got to Zim my luggage was not there and i was told i can get it the next day at 11:30. meaning my whole day was messed up as i did not have my equipment. This is my first time with Kenya Air and i must say it was very dissapointing. i however found my bags but it ruined my whole day as i had to stand on a stage with absolutely nothing and the whole point for my visit was education and marketing.

More than 36 hours long flight DELAY

Hi! Kenyan airways flight from Mumbai, India; scheduled to leave on 10th January 2015 at 7.25am IST; has been grounded indefinitely without any updates. We disgruntled passengers have been moved from Hyatt to JW Mariott as a temporary solace! More than a hundred co-passengers held back unaware about what the situation is at hand. Kenyan Airways has stooped to a new low and we disgruntled Indian passengers have to face their pathetic and sorry state of affairs. Indelibly Kenyan airline is the worst commercial airlines in present airlines history.

Kenyan Airways Left Hand Not Working With Right

Last year Kenyan Airways cancelled flight resulting in 2 day layover on what was meant to be a 5 hour flight from Dubai. This was because the Kenyan delay missed onward connection. This information was given in the check-in ***! Hotel accommodation was sorted for only 30% of passengers; rest had to fight it out! Full circle- today. flight from Zambia delayed 3 hours to Nairobi, Kenya Airways advised by email...why? Do we all walk around connected on the internet! Why not use SMS like every other airline so we are not all waiting in the airport for 3 hours. Surname on ticket wrong had to go to office Kenyan Airways to change, but advised will be OK no change needed. Then told in Zambia won’t get on plane without name added. Had to rush to send $90US to amend. Kenya Airways Dubai office, you walk in and wait and wait.....staff on smartphones listening to music and you just wait. Service a joke. So choose any other airline. Ethiopian has been recommended.
