Ordered a balloon arch kit on May 28, 2026. Followed the tracking number according to *** and she said her system showed that it had been delivered when it had not. They lied.
My issue has not been resolved. They can’t locate the package.
They say it was never scanned in the USPS. They offered me 15%, then 40%, and now 55%. I told them that’s not acceptable. Then they said they were out of stock.
I let them know that’s not my fault. Either send me a full refund or send me the product.
I have emailed them for the third time and have not received a response. The tracking according to the USPS was odd.
The tracking number for the USPS is 24 numbers. Thats the only way it can be tracked.
So *** is stealing money from people who liked the product. I am beyond upset.

Ordered this 6+ weeks prior to ***'s graduation party, the week of the party it finally arrived in the ***. Tracking went to the city we live in then stopped.
No delivery confirmation of it going anywhere or with any specific carrier. Tracking number was bad, and customer service is terrible!
Refusing full refund so have to dispute with credit card company. Would give 0 out of 5 if I could!

Don’t order you won’t get it
I wrote them 3 times they never answered. They sent a tracking number when it was first ordered, I had to download an app. I threathed BBB and they ansered on my 4th email., "They said rest assured it will be there" The party was 3 days ago it sill isn't here. I asked for my money back if it comes I will send it back for a full refund.
They said ok but you pay shipping to ***! I checked the app it now says will be delivered JULY 17th!!!
